Quick and Tasty Pickle Roll Ups

  • 1 cup dill pickle spears, patted dry
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli ham or beef
  • Toothpicks for securing

Instructions

  1. Lay out the slices of deli ham or beef on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of softened cream cheese onto each slice.
  3. Place a dill pickle spear at one end of each slice.
  4. Carefully roll up the ham or beef slices with the cream cheese and pickle inside, creating tight rolls.
  5. Secure the rolls by inserting toothpicks at regular intervals along the seam.
  6. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used.
  7. Refrigerate the pickle roll-ups for at least 1-2 hours to allow them to set and the flavors to meld.
  8. Before serving, remove the toothpicks and cut the pickle roll-ups into bite-sized pieces.
