- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dill pickle spears, patted dry
- 1 pound thinly sliced deli ham or beef

- Spread a thin, even layer of softened cream cheese onto each slice.
- Place a dill pickle spear at one end of each slice.
- Carefully roll up the ham or beef slices with the cream cheese and pickle inside, creating tight rolls.
- Secure the rolls by inserting toothpicks at regular intervals along the seam.
- Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used.
- Refrigerate the pickle roll-ups for at least 1-2 hours to allow them to set and the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, remove the toothpicks and cut the pickle roll-ups into bite-sized pieces.
