Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, sugar, baking powder, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. The mixture should be smooth and a little thick.
In a greased baking dish, pour the batter evenly. Then, gently sprinkle the blueberries over the top of the batter. Don’t worry if some sink into the batter; that’s perfectly fine!
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving, and consider topping it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra special treat!
