Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. Then, spread the fresh blueberries evenly across the bottom of the dish, and sprinkle with sugar for added sweetness.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix with milk and melted butter. Stir until just mixed – a few lumps are okay! Pour this mixture over the blueberries.
Bake for about 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
This cobbler is even better served warm with a scoop of ice cream on top!
