Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh blueberries You can also use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
  • 0.5 cup sugar Adjust to taste depending on the sweetness of the blueberries.
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 0.5 cup milk Any type of milk will work well.
  • 1 stick butter Melted for the recipe.

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. Then, spread the fresh blueberries evenly across the bottom of the dish, and sprinkle with sugar for added sweetness.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix with milk and melted butter. Stir until just mixed – a few lumps are okay! Pour this mixture over the blueberries.
  • Bake for about 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

This cobbler is even better served warm with a scoop of ice cream on top!
