  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners or non-stick spray. This will help ensure your muffins release easily after baking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined. This dry mix will help evenly distribute the leavening agents.
  • In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. This wet mixture will add richness to your muffins.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are perfectly fine.
