Add berries, lemon juice, water, sugar, zest, and salt to blender.
Blend until berries are crushed and sugar dissolves.
Scoop in ice cream and blend until thick and silky.
Taste; tweak with more sugar or lemon as needed.
Pour into cold glasses and garnish with berries, lemon, and mint.
Serve right away while frosty.
Notes
No ice cream? Use 1 cup vanilla yogurt plus 1 cup ice. Dairy-free: swap coconut milk ice cream. Use all strawberries for a pink lemonade vibe, or add a splash of vodka for adults.
