Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pudding mold.
In a bowl, mix chopped dates with boiling water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and melted butter. Add in eggs and mix well.
Fold in the date mixture into the batter, then pour everything into the pudding mold.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
