  • 0.5 cup butter, melted

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed shortbread cookies until they are well mixed and crumbly. Press this mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to form a crust.
  • In another bowl, gently fold together the softened vanilla ice cream, chopped strawberries, and whipped cream until everything is evenly blended.
  • Spread the strawberry ice cream mixture over the crust in the baking dish, smoothing it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. When ready to serve, cut into bars and enjoy!

These bars are best enjoyed fresh, but you can freeze leftovers for a sweet treat later!
