  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly incorporated.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and milk until smooth. Gradually fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop batter onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between each fritter. Use a little granulated sugar to sprinkle on top for a sweet finish.
