Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup graham cracker crumbs You can use store-bought or make your own
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Smooth texture works best
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream Fluffy and sweet!
  • 1 cup whipped topping For a light and airy texture
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips Optional for a chocolate twist

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until you have a sandy mixture. Press this mixture into a pie dish evenly to form your crust. Bake it for about 10 minutes until lightly golden, then let it cool completely.
  • In a separate bowl, blend together the peanut butter and marshmallow cream until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy and creamy.
  • Once your pie crust is cool, pour the peanut butter and marshmallow filling into the crust, smoothing it out with a spatula. If you’re using chocolate chips, sprinkle them on top now.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours to allow it to set, or preferably overnight. Slice up and serve chilled for a delightful treat!

Notes

This pie is perfect for potlucks or parties! Consider adding a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top before serving for an extra special touch.
