Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil to help melt the chocolate smoothly

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, blend together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • While the filling is chilling, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  • Once the filling is firm, pour the melted chocolate over the top and spread it gently to cover. Chill for an additional hour to set.
  • When ready to serve, cut into bars and enjoy these delicious treats with family and friends!
