In another bowl, blend together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
While the filling is chilling, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Once the filling is firm, pour the melted chocolate over the top and spread it gently to cover. Chill for an additional hour to set.
