  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the uncooked rice evenly at the bottom. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice, ensuring they’re spread out nicely.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and onion soup mix. Stir until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken and rice, covering everything completely.
  • Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour. After this time, remove the foil and let it cook for an additional 10 minutes to allow the top to brown slightly.
  • Once it’s done baking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious meal with a side salad or vegetables!
