Instructions
Cooking Steps
Start by boiling water in a large pot and cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
Drain the noodles and set them aside once cooked.
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Mix in sliced bell peppers and cook until slightly softened, about 3 minutes.
Add chili paste and soy sauce to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing everything well for a couple of minutes.
Finish by garnishing with chopped green onions before serving.
